You can get your own content published on this site as long as you have CommentLuv installed on your site.

Doing so means you get exposure to thousands and thousands of other CommentLuv users and your posts get sent out to the massive subscriber list.

Google loves this site and indexes it multiple times per day and posts always get lots of comments so you can be sure of some excellent exposure.

Comments
Everybody here would like to get comments for the work they have done and blogging is no different. We spend a whole lot of time writing content for our readers. Have we satisfied and provided good content to them? We can only get to know that through comments on the post. Not many people comment unless the work is genuinely appreciated. Studies have pointed out that only 1 out of 100 readers leave behind a comment on blogs. That may be true to a certain extent but not 100% for sure. People do love to comment if you entice them to do so. Sometimes an offer to do something works better than just looking for someone to accept offers that you have not disclosed publicly.

In this post of mine I will discuss five things which you need to avoid so that getting comments might not be so difficult.

Missing the chance to Invite Comments:

I hope that you understand what I am trying to say. It doesn’t mean a literal invitation. You can ask them to give their feedback on the post at the end of your post. Ask certain questions from them which will entice them to comment and answer to what you have asked.

You can put lines like these
” My thought on the whole concept was this. But if you have a different view or would like to add something do leave us your feedback in the comments. ”
“Comments are valuable part of our growth. Do give us your feedback in the comments.”

Avoiding Comments on other Blogs:

It is not that you only wish to receive comments right ? Everyone loves to have comments on their blogs. Do make sure you comment on other peoples blogs regularly and they will

have a feeling of reciprocating it by commenting on yours. But while commenting don’t expect everyone to give you back the favor. Only a few will do that but also look at the other benefits you will get out of commenting on other blogs like link building, exposure to your blog and all.

Not Honoring Commentators

No one likes to do something for which they are not recognized at all. Honour your readers comment with a reply which will make them feel comfortable. Comfortable in the sense that they will know that there is somebody appreciating it and also valuing the comment. “You earn respect by showing respect” . This is true for blogging as well.

Making your blog NO-Follow:

If you are on an aim to make more comments then this one of the best methods to do so. Generally, the ones who comment regularly are the bloggers. They would love to comment on your blog if it is a Do-Follow as it gives them a link as well as juice for better Google standings. But keep in mind the negatives of making your blog a do-follow one.

Not Rewarding Readers:

Don’t we all like gifts ? and aren’t we enticed to go to a place where we are expected to win something ? That is a common human tendency and this is what you need to do at your blog. Conduct contests here and there based on comments.

Like ” Top Commentator Award”
“Retweet and Win ” Kind of stuff.
