Great article Tanmay. I have been using Facebook as a business tool for a while, but mostly I have used it as a way to communicate with customers. It works great for this purpose. I haven’t sold anything yet directly on Facebook, and even though I have used ads, I have mostly used them to gain followers and attention to content.

Unless you have a good chunk of change to run ads where you can bid at a decent price it’s going to be a long road online for Facebook. I have found that the FB Ads are not very effective. I feel as if I am wasting LOTS of money running Ads on FB. Other than that I see FB as a good tool to get my blog posts out to my fans. I have seen the traffic to my site jump by almost 100% since posting my blog posts on FB.
