I have issued an update to both the premium and free version of CommentLuv which makes it compatible with WordPress 3.4 and should make it a lot more reliable to find your posts when you’re commenting on other CommentLuv blogs.

What’s in premium..

Better spam control
Spammers are getting more sophisticated so now the premium version of the plugin can deny comments where the user arrived via a search for banned terms like “dofollow” or “leave a comment” or anything you choose.

You can even catch people who are doing copy and paste comments.

And removing the URL after they get a link so they can get around Akismet, you can now poopoo their comments!

And more internal heuristics to stop human and bot spam

Improved functions for twitter names so users who are members of your site can have their usernames automatically shown
