Forget about work, children and learn how to relax and do absolutely nothing. This is the best thing you can do for yourself: your mind, your body, your spirit and your health.

If you do it daily, it will help you to have more energy throughout the day, reduce stress levels, boost brain function, improve your health and, ultimately, live a longer and happier life!

  3. I agree with Sunny Mui – exercise must be emphasized more. We are built to move. Sedentary lifestyles are a major problem. Regular cardio and strength training will reduce all the biofactors that contribute to heart disease and diabetes. Exercise even reduces bad cholesterol so helps manage those diets with a little too much saturated fat – why some athletes “get away” with a lot of fatty meat in their diets.

  4. Proper diet, exercise, getting enough sleep, etc., all play an important role in our overall well-being. They also play a significant role in our sexual well-being. Getting enough sleep has always been a great deal of trouble for me, because it seems no matter how I sleep, I can’t find a position that is comfortable and the type of mattress doesn’t make a difference either. I can sleep better in a recliner than nearly anywhere else, but I don’t think my wife would appreciate me sleeping on a recliner all nith.

  5. Waaw, I am from the middle east, you made me feel good !
    You are right about olive oil, we have olive oil in our meals on a daily basis, on breakfast ( ex. humous, you should try it one day!) and also we use it for cooking, instead of butter.
    And vegetables are always available in dinner and launch.
    One more important thing : our main meal is launch, we only eat snacks on dinner, no high fat foods before sleep.

  17. Good tips! I always laugh at my scales – not only do they show my weight but they also give me a ‘physical health’ age…and vary quite wildly depending on what I ate the night before! Especially if I drink too much (I think that’s probably dehydration kicking in).

    I can only agree with these tips, just would like to add as far I know it also is good for your skin if you do not spend too much time in the sun and also smoking is very bad for skin an it will probably show aging signs faster for those people who smoke than those who don’t.

    Another thing that I would like to add if talking about sleep (as it is mentioned as one of the tips), then it is also important not to sleep on your face, because that also causes wrinkles.
