  10. Green tea works wonders when it comes to weight loss. Of course you cannot drink green tea AND eat all the junk AND do no physical activity to lose weight. Actually green tea doesn’t burn fat by itself. It assists in boosting or speeding up weight loss when you do regular physical activity and eat consciously.
