Traits of successful bloggersI have been researching and studying the behavior and personality traits of successful bloggers from quite some time in order to find out that their success can be duplicated or not.

With the time and effort I spend in research, I’ve found out that all successful bloggers shares almost the same personality traits with minor differences, those which I’m gonna share below in this post.

As a result of this research I managed to compile a list of the most important traits of successful bloggers you need to have in order to become a successful blogger like them. Here they are

The 5 most important personality traits

1. Passion:

Every successful blogger was extremely passionate about his hobby before he started blogging about it and they do what they love, that is the key to their success in blogging.

If you aren’t passionate about what you write on your blog or If you choose a topic which you don’t like, you’ll be another failed blogger.

It becomes so hard for a person who is not passionate about a subject to write about it simply because he wont be motivated to keep going when things go wrong.

Many bloggers kept blogging for a year or two even though they weren’t earning anything just because they were passionate about what they were blogging about, they didn’t give up and now they’re earning good income from their blog.

2. Patience:

Pro bloggers know and understand that creating a blog is easy, but taking it to the next level takes time and that’s why they were patient until they succeeded.

Success bloggers are making large income from their blog, but in first few years they were earning peanuts, but they didn’t quit blogging. Now compare this to people to fall prey to quick making money systems that lead them no where.

Being patient is the key and If you are serious about succeeding as a blogger then be patient.

3. Authority:

Successful

bloggers has built authority and they gained people’s trust. Authority builds trust and If you gained people’s trust, they’ll spend their precious time on your blog.

A blog will be floating without authority and It may jump every now and than. Daily Blog Tips is one of the most respected blog in blogging niche and Daniel has built authority with his work in this blog.

4. Commitment:

Most pro bloggers blog 5 days a week if not more. Even very large and established blogs that are very less likely to die always add new posts every day.

Blogging is like the gym, you can’t do it on certain days then skip it on other days, but try not to break your posting schedule. Commitment is one of the ultimate secrets of success when it comes to the blogging world.

5. Time Management:

All successful bloggers are organized and manage their time well, so in order to become a successful blogger, you must become a prolific writer to be able to provide quality content that calls readers to action.

Doing everything like writing quality content, promoting it on social media and everywhere else, networking, responding to comments, building links and building relationships by reading and leaving comments on other blogs requires strong organization skills.

6. They believed in themselves:

Most if not all successful bloggers were rejected by many of those who were around them at the time they started their blogs. Because they kept moving forward and refused to give up they made it in the end.

This is a great lesson to learn for all bloggers to keep moving forward even tough If you’re getting rejected every time and you must believe in yourself that you can do it.

7. They sworn a pact to succeed:

The bloggers who became famous didn’t do it because they were lucky but because they sworn a pact to succeed at all costs.

John chow a dot com mogul didn’t make money for the first year of blogging but he kept going forward and in the end he made it. Ask any famous blogger how he managed to do it and he will tell you a similar story.
