We are nearly ready to launch the BIG contest of 2011 where YOU will have a chance to win massive real cash prizes by doing what you normally do and that’s blog! yes, imagine getting a wedge of cash for blogging! and it’s not going to require you to pay 97$ for a bloated video course, it’s not going to require you to follow some questionable practices using an even more piece of questionable software. This is a fair contest where everyone has the same chance to win.

You have four great and well known websites to help promote the contest and ensure that things run smoothly, I’m sure you know all the sites above. If you don’t, I highly recommend you give them a visit!
How it will work
This contest is similar to the last one in that you submit an article to Comluv.com and the exposure it gets with comments, tweets, mentions and more will count towards your score. Above all, first and foremost, your article will be judged independently for it’s content and then the tweets etc points will be used to further refine the finalists positions.
There will be opportunities to score more points by writing reviews or other tasks that will add value to the contest sponsors, more information on that to come as and when it is available.
All contestants will be required to make a post on their own blog listing the sponsors along with their keyphrase/keywords and logos if appropriate. This, like the last contest, is a requirement to enter. No money can be given to any blogger who hasn’t published the sponsor list. It’s how we can collect so much money to give away!
Your article will be reviewed, approved and finally, published to one of the participating organisers blogs.
The Steps Required
- Register to Comluv.com
This is required so you can add your entry by using the custom plugin. - Write your article
Instead of having to request to be a contributor, wait to be upgraded and worry about if you got the email right or not. This new plugin will allow any subscriber of Comluv.com to submit their entry to the dashboard of this site and the contest organisers will either publish it to this site or copy it to their own for publishing there. - Promote your article
Once your article is published, you are free to promote it to the world! You will even be given a helping hand by the contest organisers who will also publish it to their twitter following and (if available) their newsletter subscribers.
What to write about?
This time around, the subject of your article is traffic generation. It can be a tutorial on how you generate traffic or how to use a particular tool to bring more visitors to your blog. You can recommend plugins that you use or SEO tips that you’ve seen work to up the hits to your site.
You’re welcome to have pictures, videos and walk-throughs as your content. Just make sure it is about traffic generation and you’re halfway there!
Make sure you write the best article you can because not only will it be published on our high traffic / PR blogs, it maybe included in future promotional items like ebooks, newsletters and blog features. If your name is associated with your article and it’s great then you have another wonderful opportunity to get more readers and traffic to your site!
When and where?
We plan on getting everything ready for a March 1st launch and it’ll happen right here at ComLuv.com and all the organisers sites at the same time but, you can get a head start right now by planning your traffic generation article.
Don’t publish it at your own site!! the article you submit MUST be unique to the contest, it must not have been published before (we’ll check) and it must not be published elsewhere. This is a requirement of the contest so don’t ignore it!
The earlier your article is submitted, the sooner you can start promoting it. The last contest saw a wave of last minute entries and even though the article content is what matters, the more promotion you do and thus the more points you can accumulate will give you an advantage when it comes time to whittle down the finalists into their final positions.

Call for sponsors!
Now would be the best time to become a sponsor, you need to donate at least 100 USD in prize money (paid in advance to 1 of the 4 organisers) and you get some serious promotion in return. You not only get a prominent position on the 4 high traffic sites with the associated promotion that we give it when we talk about the contest, you also get your links and keywords published on all the contestants sites which, if we get as many entries as last time could mean your link gets some serious exposure!
100 USD gets you one link to your website using your chosen keyword. This is cheaper than buying a text link and will be perfect for a low budget blogger. You don’t need to be a company to get value from this!
200 USD gets you a choice of 4 keywords which will be rotated each week of March, contestants use the one that is in rotation when they publish their sponsors list post. If you sell products or have more than one subject on your site then this will be ideal for you!
300 USD gets your own logo displayed at the top of the sponsors list (in the order that the sponsors come in) and 4 keywords in rotation. This means that we will rotate 4 different anchor texts of your choice every week during the contest. It’s a great form to build your brand and create exposure as your logo will be seen everywhere.
