The FamousBloggers CommentLuv contest is drawing to a close. The last day to promote your entries and bonus posts is this Thursday, August 5, 2010.
All of the entries and bonus posts have been published and you can see them all in one place in the Blog Commenting Folder.
IMPORTANT: Participants are encouraged to check that page and make sure all of their entries and bonus posts are listed. If you submitted more than one entry they do not appear together – they are listed in the order they were published.
CRITICAL for WINNING: Make sure you have met all the contest requirements as laid out in the How to Win post. To be eligible to win you must have published a post about the contest that includes the sponsors’ links and met all other requirements.
Have you met the bloggers who saw this opportunity and seized it yet? Hesham has made that easy with this Meet the Bloggers post. In that post, eighteen of our contestants took the time to share their thoughts on what they got out of the contest.
Even if you have already supported your favorite blogger, we hope you will click the image below and read what they have offered and consider leaving your favorites one more comment or sending out one more Tweet on their behalf.
This is the most successful blogging contest I have ever witnessed. Here are some preliminary numbers:
- 38 post entries submitted by 32 individual bloggers
- 9 contestants chose to write a total of 41 bonus posts
- 5 contestants submitted two entries each and 1 submitted three
Promotions close this Thursday August 5
Winners will be announced on August 15, 2010
It has been a blast and all of our participants have made new friends and learned a lot and are further down the road to achieving their blogging goals no matter what those may be.
With so many high quality entries, our judges really have their work cut out for them. These are the people who have so generously agreed to take time out of their busy schedules to read and rate the entries.
Please visit our judge’s sites and thank them by sharing their content, following them on Twitter, blogging about them or commenting in their blogs.

Well good luck to everyone.
Im just wondering how tough it is to count “promotion points” up to just this day. I mean Im sure, all entries will still get a heap of retweets and comments after August 5 so maybe why not just extend it to August 10 instead since it doesnt really have anything to do with the judges checking the entries.

We are done with counting comments and tweets today!
Waiting for our Judges team to report who is going to be from the 20 winners!
Then we will discover the places/levels as soon as we calculate the points!
We have set these days to give us a break, it’s a lot of work done through the last 2 months! so.. I think we really can not extend!
