You can view a list of commonly asked questions in the FAQ area in the dashboard, if they don’t answer your question then you can submit a support ticket.

Please include as much information as you can like the URL of the site you’re having problems with and an exact location of where I can see the problem. Try to include a detailed explanation of how to duplicate the problem.
