I guess what I am trying to say is that if you don't know where you are headed, how will you know when you get there? When you decided to build a website, what was it that motivated you? Just like a brick and mortar business, it takes hard work to make it pay,regardless of how smart you do it! If you build a site from a passion inside you, who could ever say that you did it wrong? One thing to always remember, it is ok to change your mind, just don't get upset if someone else doesn't like it, the odds of making everyone happy are not good, it is your site, enjoy it. I think for most people, the perfect website or blog happen gradually as they go along, whether its the look of the website, they way they write their content or what have you. I have had my blog for over a year now and I still am not satisfied with all expects of it including the look of it, but I have learned to listen to my visitors and their reactions to make it a better blog than to my own instinct (at lets in most cases, lol).
