Invite people to your site, just let them know your there and that you'd appreciate that they check out you site also... don't be shy to let people know about your blog! I also recently ran into this thing called 'blog hop', mostly by mommy bloggers, but it's basically an exchange of follow me-follow you, so if you're interested in that, definitely start hitting up some of those!
